Qui\u00e9n de vosotros no ha dicho alguna vez \u00abNo tengo tiempo\u00bb, o \u00abVoy todo el d\u00eda corriendo\u00bb &#8230; Somos v\u00edctimas de querer hacer m\u00e1s de lo que podemos a lo largo del d\u00eda: trabajo, hogar, familia, deporte, formaci\u00f3n &#8230;\u00a0 Hemos de llegar a ser agentes l\u00edderes de un cambio para conseguir poder <strong>conciliar vida laboral y familiar,<\/strong> para alcanzar mayor calidad de vida y evitar consecuencias perjudiciales.<\/p>\n<p>El primer paso es a trav\u00e9s de la Reforma Horaria. Hacer jornadas m\u00e1s compactadas, sin tanto descanso al mediod\u00eda y pudiendo cerrar m\u00e1s temprano. De esta forma ganamos en bienestar y calidad de vida, descansando las horas necesarias y no postergando horas de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo Cl\u00ednica Nexus, se adhiere a la <strong>Diada por la Reforma Horaria<\/strong>, cerrando el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de noviembre de 2018, a las 19 horas. Juntos conseguiremos que el a\u00f1o 2025, seg\u00fan <strong>Pacto por la Reforma Horaria de la Generalitat,<\/strong> lleguemos a conciliar y adaptar horarios, que ya en muchos pa\u00edses llevan a cabo.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, seguiremos trabajando para impulsar una nueva cultura del tiempo en las empresas e instituciones, a favor de medidas m\u00e1s eficientes a la vez que flexibles, para atender a las nuevas necesidades sociales y<strong> consolidar el factor tiempo como nueva medida de igualdad, salud y calidad de vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#lleidaporlareformahoraria
