Y que bien sienta, y poco a poco se coge el h\u00e1bito, vemos resultados y esto nos anima a seguir y mejorar y\/o aumentar el nivel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos conseguirlo?<\/p>\n<p>Con una buena gesti\u00f3n del tiempo, organizando bien los horarios, priorizando tu salud y bienestar y, sobre todo, buscando estrategias con un buen profesional que nos aconseje y nos ayude a trabajar para lograr nuestros objetivos: ganar salud, perder o ganar peso, tonificar, evitar la flacidez, estar mejor con nosotros mismos, por est\u00e9tica &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Y ahora, adem\u00e1s, ya hemos podido empezar con los entrenamientos personales e individuales, siguiendo las medidas de seguridad e higiene que puede consultar <a href=\"https:\/\/grupnexus.com\/es\/medidas-covid-19\/entrenamiento-personal\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pronto empezaremos las actividades grupales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Todos tenemos este objetivo, aunque es complicado conseguirlo muchas veces!
